The most outstanding feature of this range is the large checker board pattern on the headboard, wardrobe doors and desk tops.

The colour difference in the squares is very subtle and created by placing the grain direction of each square at ninety degrees to those next to it.This has a polarizing effect as light falls on the squares making them appear to be light and dark depending upon their grain direction.
